ultimate fitness fusion

Join our dynamic Strength and Conditioning class for a comprehensive fitness experience like no other!

Incorporating resistance training with weights and bodyweight exercises, this class will help you build muscular strength, endurance, and power. You'll engage in aerobic endurance workouts to boost cardiovascular health, and flexibility exercises to improve your range of motion. Core stability and abdominal exercises will strengthen your core, while dynamic and static movements will challenge your balance and agility.

Our classes also include interval training, which means you'll push your limits in short bursts to increase both strength and speed. Through a variety of exercises like weightlifting, bodyweight workouts, plyometric, agility drills, and cardiovascular training, you'll see improvements in strength, power, speed, endurance, flexibility, balance, and agility.

Our Strength and Conditioning class has something for everyone. Join us and embark on a journey to achieve your fitness goals, all while having a blast in a supportive and motivating environment.

yoga (all levels)

Join Bella during your lunch break and make it extra special. Every level is welcome, especially beginners!

Learn breathing and relaxation techniques that you can take away and practice at home. Together we demystify yoga and learn how to come back to ourselves and our inner knowing again.

yoga (all levels vinyasa)

Join Emilia every Tuesday evening as we flow through an energising vinyasa sequence. Vinyasa Yoga links breath with dynamic movement and is a brilliant way to increase your flexibility whilst building a deeper connection with your body. Open to everyone, including beginners.

fly high aerial yoga

Be ready to be turned upside down and to experience something completely new! Fly High Yoga at The Bridge uses a specialist belt, suspended from our gym rig. The belt provides support through your yoga flow, while also improving flexibility and range of motion. The belt takes pressure off certain areas of the body (like the head and shoulders) allowing you to reach those more challenging poses (like headstands) with greater ease.

battle of the bells

This weights class pushes your muscular endurance to the limit!

Expect high reps and sets whilst using barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells for a whole body workout which will help to improve your strength and endurance

Let’s put your fitness levels to the test!

box fit

Box Fit utilises boxing techniques and skills, and applies them in a high intensity fitness session. You'll be challenged by exercises that will help develop speed, fitness, agility and power - to improve your overall performance in boxing, other sports or your gym workout.

bootcamp

A workout that combines bodyweight and strength training with aerobic elements. Moving from a period of high intensity non-stop exercising to minimal recovery time before going into another non-stop workout. Be Stronger than your excuses!

circuits

A fun, energy packed class that's going to push you to your limit! This high intensity circuit will give you a full body workout using a combination of cardio and resistance training, using weights and body weight. Guaranteed to leave you sweating and ready to come back next week!

dance fitness

A fun, high energy total body aerobic workout to popular music from all eras. Easy to follow choreography to help keep you moving, featuring different dance styles from salsa to street and cardio dance.

back to basics lifting

A class based on lifting weights for the seven fundamental movement patterns (push, pull, hinge, squat, lunge, rotation and locomotion). All accessory work to help with the bigger lifts in the gym!

street dance

Street dance your way to fitness through rhythm, musicality, co-ordination and sense of style.

You’ll learn key street dance movements, including old school and new school moves. Show up in style, make new friends and enhance your wellbeing. The pace of this class is suitable for beginners.

power up

Power up your body with a combination of compound and isolation exercises for functional fitness, strength and endurance. Unleash your power with Celeste!

boxing

Get ready to make new friends, get more active and learn a new skill in our friendly all levels boxing classes!

In these technical class, you’ll be introduced to boxing and practise drills and combinations to improve your skills, including:

  • Stance
  • Six basic boxing punches
  • Basic defence moves
  • Proper training practise (e.g. how to hold pads properly)
  • Defence techniques
  • Boxing combinations
  • Footwork
  • Range

You’ll be training between studio and gym, being introduced to bag work and training with a partner.

Jenni is a qualified level 1 England Boxing coach with a passion for helping women realise their physical and mental potential in sport – and can’t wait to meet you to show you the ropes of this amazing sport.

Dede is a qualified level 1 England Boxing coach who has worked in fitness for over 20 years. She loves to challenge and push people to their limits to reach and surpass their potential – and can’t wait to help you do so with your boxing ability.

yin yoga stretch

Do you wish to improve your flexibility, alleviate stress and nourish your joints re-balance your mind and body? If the answer is yes, join Yaa as she guides you through soothing Yin Yoga poses in a warm and safe environment.

lift + shift

Our upbeat endurance weights class flowing to the beat of the music - designed to create stronger and leaner muscles. Bring your mind to the game and get ready for some fierce tracks.
