If you’re looking for a friendly, supportive women-only gym in Southwark, grab your trainers. We’ll coax you off the couch whether you’re a beginner or a workout queen.

Women who visit our gym tell us they have fun, feel terrific and come back for more - and that’s what’s so important to us. We’re the most squeaky-clean gym, with cardio machines, bad-ass-trainers, killer workout classes, and we serve a delicious juice in our café downstairs for that post workout glow.
