five of our specialist classes

We believe that fitness should be diverse, engaging, and accessible – and that’s why we're excited to showcase five of our exceptional classes that have a different approach to the traditional fitness experience! From aerial yoga to our beginner and improver boxing classes, we've got something for you to push your limits, try something new and embrace a feel-good approach to fitness.

#1 Fly High Aerial Yoga

This class is unlike any yoga class you’ve experienced before. Using specialist belts and hammocks, suspended from our gym rig, you’ll be supported through your yoga flow whilst also working towards improving flexibility and range of motion. The belt takes pressure off certain areas of the body allowing you to do yoga poses with greater ease.

Our instructor, Bella, creates a friendly and welcoming environment where regulars and newbies are embraced and made to feel comfortable. You’ll get a great full body workout and leave feeling refreshed and ready to start your day!

Fly high aerial yoga takes places on Wednesday’s from 08:00-09:00 on the gym floor. Booking required.

#2 Bootcamp

This Bootcamp-style class will push you to your limits! See how far you can push yourself alternating high intensity, non-stop exercises with minimal recovery time. It combines bodyweight exercises, strength training with added elements of aerobic fitness. You’ll work both your muscular and cardiovascular systems.

Our instructor, Lauren, keeps each week a challenge, motivating you throughout this tough but rewarding workout!

Join Bootcamp on Sunday’s from 11:00-12:00 on the gym floor.

#3 Boxing - The Beginner + #4 Boxing - The Improver

Want to get into boxing or want to improve your technique with a group of dedicated and like-minded women? Look no further than our boxing classes!

Taught by Jenni, ‘boxing – the beginner’ is for those who have little to no previous experience of boxing. You’ll learn the foundational skills such as, stance, the six basic boxing punches and basic defence moves.

When you’ve learnt the basics, you can progress to ‘boxing – the improver’ taught by Dede. In this class, you’ll take your boxing skills to the next level. Improve your speed and stamina, practice drills and combinations and learn new skills such as, defence techniques, boxing combinations and footwork.

Both instructors are qualified level 1 England Boxing coaches who love to push people to surpass their expectations and have a passion for helping women realise their physical and mental potential in sport.

Try Boxing - the beginner on Friday’s from 12:00-13:00 in the studio, or if you’ve already got some boxing experience, join us for Boxing - the improver on Wednesdays from 13:00-14:00 in the studio.
